Ploy Bua Kong Company Ltd. administrate main business of real estate and land development. We provide housing and land development projects in the province of Chonburi ( Pattaya, Bangsaen and Angsila).At the present time, the company is responsible for 4 housing development projects which are:

1. Pattaya Green Ville, located on Pornprapa Nimitr Road (Soi Siam Country Club) Central Pattaya, is a detached house project comprising of 3 phases:

a. Phase I : project run time from 1990-1996

i. 60 units of one-storeyed detached house, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 50-60 square wah land, are priced from 1 million baht.

ii. 100 units of one-storeyed town house- 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 18-20 square wah land

b. Phase II : project run time from 2001-2005

i. 70 units of two-storeyed detached house, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 100-120 square wah land, are priced from 5.5 million baht.

c. Phase III : project run time from 2006 – present
i. 11 units of one-storeyed detached house - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 120-160 square wah land, are priced from 5.5 million baht

2. Green Residence : Located on Thepprasit Road (Soi 5) South Pattaya, this project comprises of 20 units of modern Thai style two-storeyed detached house, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a private swimming pool with 120-160 square wah land, which are priced from 15 million baht. The project run time is from 2004 – present.

3. Green Ville Beach I : This project is located on Bangsaen-Angsila Beach Road, Muang District, Chonburi. It comprises of 30 units of two-storeyed detached house, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 75 square wah land and 8 units of two-storeyed detached house, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 115 square wah land, which are priced from 4.5 million baht. The project run time is from 2004-2006.

4. Greenville Beach II : This project is located around foothills of Khao Sam Muk, adjacent to Bang Saen- Ang Sila Beach.
